At Columbia University Libraries I work with staff members from 25+ different libraries and departments to develop assessment tools to meet their information needs. I’m finally at the point where I’ve begun to assess our assessment program (!) by soliciting feedback from my “clients” on staff. I’m hoping others might be doing the same, and would be willing to share their experiences and/or tools. Feel free to leave a comment or send me an email about how your library evaluates its assessment program.
Thanks again!

Hi Jennifer,
We developed and tested a feedback form for our customers. We plan to administer it for every project we do. I was hoping to have it finalized by now to share (but it didn’t). If you don’t mind the drafty form, I’ll send to you.
Xin – that would be wonderful. Please send it along. See you in Philly?
